🎩 Dress Code: Black Tie (Optional)

Black tie wedding attire is requested, but not required. Think classic and chic—tuxedo, dark suit and tie, floor length dress, or evening wear.

🎨 What are the wedding colors?

Our color palette is burgundy, sage, and ivory — romantic, elegant, and timeless.

🕓 What time should I arrive?

Seating begins at 3:30, accompanied by a live string quartet before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 sharp. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

🗺️ Where is the ceremony? How do I get to the venue?

The ceremony and reception will be held in Loranger, Louisiana. For guests driving from the New Orleans area, the venue is a little more than 1 hour drive (without traffic). Please reference formal invitations for the address.

🏁 Is there parking at the venue?

Onsite parking is available at no charge just outside of the chapel.

⛪️ Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

The ceremony will take place in a beautiful open-air chapel, offering the charm of the outdoors with the comfort of coverage. The reception will follow indoors in the Great Hall, so you'll be comfortable no matter the weather.

🔌 Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away until the ceremony concludes. Thank you!

👶🏼 Are kids invited?

We have limited the amount of kids to immediate family and those who are in the wedding party. Thank you in advance for understanding.

🥂 Will alcohol be served?

Yes! We will have an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

🍽️ Will there be dinner served?

Yes! We will be having a buffet style meal for everyone. If there are any dietary restrictions, please reach out to the couple.

🏨 Where can I find accommodations?

We have reserved a room block at Home2 Suites by Hilton. Please book your stay by November 28 to guarantee a room in our block. Under the 'Accommodations' tab of this website you will find information about the hotel, or mention the Hardin-Johnson wedding when booking.
